RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Returns Policy
Our 14 Day Returns Policy provides our valued customers with the option to return an item if they are not satisfied with their purchase. This offer stands even if it is simply a change of mind, and we will gladly accept the return within 14 days of the item's delivery, provided that you inform us of the return.

 

To qualify for a return under our 14 Day Returns Policy, items must be in a saleable condition, unused, and packaged in their full original packaging. We kindly ask that you take reasonable care of the goods during the time they are in your possession.

 

Please note that our 14 Day Returns Policy does not apply to certain products, including personalized items, products that have been made or adapted to your specific requirements, products that have been made to order.

Damaged or Faulty items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a delivery with any damaged or faulty items, we kindly ask that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately via email info@fitandfurnish.co.uk to arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you.

 

If you discover any damaged or faulty items after accepting the delivery, please report the issue to us within 30 days of receiving the items, by filling out our Contact Us form or sending an email info@fitandfurnish.co.uk. Please attach a copy of your invoice and photographs of the damaged or faulty items when reporting the issue.

 

Upon receiving your report, Fit & Furnish Ltd will make arrangements to send a replacement, issue a refund or credit note, or send replacement parts, as deemed necessary. If you opt for a refund, we will process it in full, excluding delivery, collection, and re-stocking charges, back to your original payment method.

 

We kindly ask that you do not use the damaged items and that you repackage them in their original packaging.

 

Refunds
We will process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned goods back to your original payment method. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
