We endeavour to deliver goods in the condition in which we purchased, but in the event that there is a manufacturer error or courier damage, then we shall replace all items that need replacing free of charge. (Please allow us time to do this as some items will have to be made) As per internet regulations, if you, the customer have purchased items that are not right for you, then you are at liberty to return the goods within 7 days, but all return courier costs must be covered by you, the customer. For foreign shipping costs; in the event you cancel an order from abroad that has already shipped, you must pay both outgoing and return costs before a refund can occur.
Customer advice - it is always advisable to sign for goods as "Unchecked", as couriers do not normally wait around long enough for you to check the goods.

Pricing and Availability
All prices are inclusive of VAT or equivalent sales tax, where applicable.
Whilst we try to ensure that all pricing information appearing on our Site is accurate, errors do sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product(s) which you have ordered, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. Where you cancel after having paid for the goods, we will provide a full refund.
We use 25 different suppliers, and each has differing delivery lead times. We will try to provide the most up-to-date information concerning the availability of Products sold by through our Site, including informing you of non-availability. However, you accept this is an indication only and that we are unable to be more specific about availability of particular Products. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if it turns out that any Product(s) for which you have placed an order are unavailable; in those circumstances you have the option of a part refund, thus only placing a deposit, due to the wait time you may have to endure, with balance payable on arrival of goods to us.
In circumstances where any information provided contains errors or is out-of-date, we may correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions without the need to give you prior notice of such changes. We shall be entitled to refuse to meet or fulfil any order based on inaccurate information, to include without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information concerning price, payment terms, availability or delivery.
We try to ensure that any means of payment used is not subject to unauthorised use and therefore you give us your consent to validation checks being made, including the validation of personal information supplied against records contained within third party databases. Any information submitted will only be used for such verification and will not be used for any other purpose.
As for Made to Measure Bespoke items, these are non-refundable as these are special orders to your requirements, if your item arrives damaged then a replacement will be sourced.
