We are willing to assist on Request if items are required for a specific room but accept no responsibility for any damages occurred whilst inside the property.
Please Call if you Request a 2 Person Delivery and any Pieces of Furniture to be Delivered direct to a Room of your choice.
Shopping Cart under £500 - £29.99 delivery - UK wide Except Surcharge Locations.
Our delivery procedure is currently offering £29.99 delivery around most parts of the UK or Free if you spend over £500. However, higher parts of Scotland and Wales (inc Islands), Northern Island and Channel Islands will have a £49.99 delivery surcharges for deliveries due to high charges by couriers although Over £500 will be £29.99 to North Wales and Central / Lower Scotland
For customers living in the Channel Islands, higher parts of Scotland, Scottish Islands and channel islands and other remote parts of the UK, there could be additional costs for transportation including multiple item charges and ferry charges. We will endeavour to share the cost of additional courier charges such as these. We will contact you the customer to discuss this.
DELIVERY TIME SCALE
If we hold stock, or we can pick up from the supplier, we can get stock items delivered within 3 to 5 days (size pending)
Supplier pick ups or Home delivery can be shipped within a week. But please be prepared to wait up to 4/6 weeks for ordered items as we get supplier deliveries monthly.
Bespoke or foreign Items - Orders can take up to 8 weeks where they are made to order but we normally have a 3 - 6 week delivery scale where possible. If items are out of stock or for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc this may take a little longer due to logistics involved.
Smaller Items - Flat packed or smaller items that we deem postable can be delivered within 24/48 hours of order subject to availability, or if we hold stocks.
We do endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible, so thank you for your patience and understanding.
We want you to receive your furniture with the minimum of fuss and hassle. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to sort a replacement out without charge to you.

UNWANTED / NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED
In the event you want to return goods because you thought the goods were different to your expected order, you changed your mind, or refused replacement parts / exchange, then you, the customer, must return the goods to the supplier or to us and cover the costs of transporting the goods (including import charges) which will be deducted from the paid cost of the goods if we supply the courier.
You can contact us to provide you with a collection / return price through our couriers on request.
You must ensure the goods are returned in the packaging the furniture arrived in.
If the goods arrive back to us damaged, then no refund will be given.
